Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill

GOAT Exercise brought energy and excitement to the fitness program at Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill, making exercise something residents looked forward to. With a fun and engaging mix of classes—including Tai Chi, yoga, and chair aerobics—seniors were not only improving their strength, balance, and mobility, but also having a great time doing it. The variety kept things fresh and enjoyable, and the positive atmosphere encouraged more residents to participate.
