GOAT Exercise is driven by a clear mission: to improve the health, independence, and quality of life of older adults. Our journey began with a simple question; how can we better serve seniors through movement? Every step we’ve taken since has been rooted in that purpose.

GOAT Exercise was founded by Joss Connally, whose background in kinesiology, exercise physiology, and hands-on experience working with seniors revealed a gap in accessible, effective wellness programming. Too often, older adults lack the guidance and support needed to stay active safely and confidently.

From our earliest programs, we have focused on addressing the real needs of seniors, as well as the communities and organizations that serve them. By delivering thoughtful, evidence-based wellness services, we aim to improve outcomes, increase engagement, and create meaningful impact in every setting we serve.

Our experience working across senior living communities, senior centers, and home care environments gives us a unique perspective on how movement can transform lives. When wellness programs are intentional, personalized, and integrated into daily routines, they become a powerful tool for improving strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Our approach to senior wellness is centered around safe, effective movement, meaningful education, and making an effort to get to know the seniors we serve. We design our programs with intention, taking into account each resident’s goals, abilities, and personal preferences, providing each a community we serve with a unique experience. We’re not only improving strength, balance, and mobility, but also providing the knowledge seniors need to better understand their health.
