Ms. Jan’s Story: Taking Back Her Independence One Rep at a Time

When Ms. Jan first joined the GOAT Exercise wellness program, daily life had become a series of challenges. Severe arthritis in her hands made even the simplest tasks like gripping a cup, opening a container, or holding onto support, painful and frustrating. Her mobility had also declined, making it difficult to move around with confidence. But Ms. Jan was determined to improve.

From her very first session, the GOAT Exercise team focused on meeting her where she was.
