At The Oaks at Carrollton, GOAT Exercise began by assessing each participant in the fitness class—taking time to understand their individual limitations, goals, and areas for improvement. This one-on-one engagement at the start of the program created a personalized experience, even within a group setting. As a result, our instructor was able to tailor each class to meet the diverse needs of residents, helping everyone progress safely and confidently toward their wellness goals.
