ActiveCare Certified — How Badges Are Earned

ActiveCare Certified

A badge that's earned

ActiveCare Certified reflects an agency's real, ongoing performance — tracked automatically from actual client outcomes and caregiver readiness, and re-checked on a real schedule, not a one-time sign-up stamp.

The four tiers

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum

Each tier is a higher bar across the same three benchmarks below. Platinum is the exception — it isn't a higher bar, it's Gold-level performance sustained for two+ full years running.

Bronze ActiveCare Certified badge

Bronze

Meets the baseline across all three benchmarks

Silver ActiveCare Certified badge

Silver

Clearly stronger outcomes and caregiver readiness

Gold ActiveCare Certified badge

Gold

Top-tier performance across every benchmark

Platinum ActiveCare Certified badge

Platinum

Gold-level performance held for 2+ years running

What gets measured

Three benchmarks, all real

Nothing self-reported. Every benchmark is computed from actual session and training data already flowing through the app.

Client adherence

How consistently clients are completing their assigned sessions.

Outcome improvement

Real change in functional outcomes, measured against each client's own baseline assessment.

Caregiver certification rate

The share of the caregiver team that's completed ActiveCare's own training modules.

How the cycle works

Certified once eligible, re-checked every year

1

Eligibility window

An agency needs at least 90 days on ActiveCare before it can qualify for its first certification — enough time for real data to accumulate.

2

First certification

Once eligible, the agency is certified at whichever tier its live numbers actually qualify for.

3

Annual renewal

Standing is re-evaluated on a yearly cycle. If a benchmark slips, the tier drops by one level at renewal — not straight to nothing. Falling below the Bronze floor moves the badge to Pending Renewal until standards are met again.

The embedded badge is live, not a static image

When an agency shows its ActiveCare Certified badge on its own website, the badge link always checks current standing — it can't keep showing "Certified" after a certification has lapsed, the way a downloaded image or a one-time claim could.
